Martin is a consultant in organization and leadership development; a coach; a designer and facilitator of innovation and organizational change processes; a trainer and an author. He serves as Core Faculty Member of the Presencing Institute, has authored bestseller books on leadership, and acts as a senior adviser and mentor to the Africa Governance Initiative, playing the role of Thinking Partner with Secretaries to Cabinet and Chiefs of Staff to a number of Heads of State in Africa.
