Originally drawn to theories and methods of facilitation through her work as a consultant in the field of gender rights, Katrin provides large-scale facilitation and holds Open Space settings. She currently completes the Generative Facilitation Institute’s team with her skills in data and office management, as well as seminar backup. She is a passionate gardener and a bookworm and lives with her children in Berlin.
