Gunnar is an international experienced facilitator, trainer and coach and a member of our GFI Wisdom Council and our Impeccable Leadership Team. For the last 15 years he worked with clients to go through transformations and to discover and realize their own identity, purpose and potential to be able to deal with complexity and step into an emerging future. In designing and facilitating organizational and team development processes as well as leadership journeys he focuses on the deeper layers for successful change which includes the shifting of our consciousness on an individual and collective level.
Gunnar thinks deeply and acts lightly. As a former outdoor professional he invites his clients to use nature as a resource for development and supports them in living their lives as truthful „adventure”. He holds a degree in journalism and economics and serves also as a lecturer at the institute for systemic consultancy (ISB). In his work Gunnar combines aspects of systemic consultancy, neurosciences, generative-, dialogue-, presencing- and Hypno systemic work with approaches in constellation, embodiment and somatic Experience (SE).
