David has a dream that we can all be whole humans at the workplace and thus enjoy (work)life more and unleash more potential. He desires to help develop safe spaces for growing, learning and creating in organizations – as a facilitator for transformation and as a coach and mentor for leaders, entrepreneurs and teams. David has been an entrepreneur himself since 2012, developing his own organizations, implementing agile principles and self-organization and helping members to find their potential and drive. He is also founder of the Hacker School, which inspires kids in Germany to learn programming and the creator of the New Work Future Conference which aims at providing inspiration and exchange of learning and ideas for organizational developers.
