Cornelius is a facilitator, trainer and coach with a passion for facilitating purposeful transformation and innovation with vast experience across all sectors. As founder and director of the Decision Institute for the last 15 years he has helped teams and organizations build strong architectures for decision-making and tackle the challenges of arriving at sustainable decisions in an ever changing complex world. He has facilitated many transformation processes which included both the strategy development and implementation of co-creating vision, strategy, and portfolio development as well as deeper laying aspects such as purpose, identity and culture. His recent passion involves supporting teams and organizations to introduce NewWork and self-organization approaches and to co-create and apply agile principles into their DNA.
