Claudia is a certified generative facilitator, systemic coach and psychologist with Bolivian roots living in Germany. She supports leaders, teams and organizations in transformation processes to take responsibility of their own challenges, to discover new perspectives and to find their own solutions inspired by the approach of generative facilitation and the power of co-creation. Claudia’s work is influenced by an intercultural view and way of life. As a volunteer she works with migrants in Germany developing their own plans for successfully accessing the labor market and to self-empower them.
